Position Overview
Struan Lodge Care Home is seeking to recruit a Nursing Team Leader (RGN/RMN) to enhance our dedicated care team.
Our state-of-the-art care facility provides outstanding levels of Nursing, Dementia, and Palliative care for a maximum of 30 residents.
We are committed to delivering exceptional care services, supported by our cohesive and skilled care staff.
Role Responsibilities
As the Nursing Team Leader, you will assist the Home Manager in the daily operations of the care home, guiding our team with enthusiasm and dedication, while fostering strong connections with residents, their families, and various healthcare professionals.
Contract Details
- Hourly Rate: £22.00
- Contracted Hours: 42 hours per week (3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next - Alternate Weekends)
- Paid Breaks
- Pension Scheme
- Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks
- PVG Costs Covered
- Support for Revalidation

Qualifications & Experience Required
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
- Experience in elderly care settings.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Commitment to supporting staff with ongoing training and development.
