An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dedicated Senior Nursing Team Leader to join a prestigious care facility. This role is ideal for a passionate individual who is eager to make a difference in the lives of residents.

This facility specializes in providing nursing care for individuals with intricate medical requirements, alongside 24-hour specialized dementia care delivered by expert teams trained in the nuances of caring for those with dementia, who may also have additional long-term health conditions.

**To qualify for this role, you must hold a valid Registered Nurse qualification with an active NMC Pin**

As the Senior Nursing Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of nursing professionals to ensure exceptional care standards are met.
  • Encouraging independence and dignity while enhancing the quality of life for residents.
  • Facilitating improvements and driving quality standards to enhance operational efficiencies in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Creating a welcoming, safe, and engaging atmosphere for all residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Assisting the Home Manager with the daily operations of the facility.

The following qualifications and experiences are preferred for this position:

  • Proven experience in team management, ensuring proper supervision and scheduling for seamless operations.
  • Familiarity with quality and clinical governance initiatives, including audits and care services.
  • Expertise in developing comprehensive care plans and conducting detailed risk assessments, with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to maintain precise documentation and resident records while utilizing modern technology.
  • Confidence in overseeing all aspects of medication management during your shifts, adhering to company policies and current legislation.
  • Capability to support, guide, instruct, and mentor colleagues in alignment with the NMC Code, adhering to its principles at all times.
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding care and supporting residents and their families.

The successful Senior Nursing Team Leader will receive a competitive hourly wage of £22.25, translating to an annual salary of £45,701.50.
