**To qualify for this role, candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse qualification with an active NMC Pin**

As the Senior Nursing Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of nursing professionals to guarantee exceptional care delivery.
  • Fostering independence and dignity while positively impacting the lives of residents.
  • Driving quality improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Creating a welcoming and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Assisting the Home Manager in the daily operations of the facility.

The following qualifications and experiences are highly desirable:

  • Proven experience in team management, ensuring effective supervision and staffing arrangements.
  • Background in quality assurance and clinical governance, including audits and care service evaluations.
  • Expertise in developing comprehensive care plans and conducting thorough risk assessments.
  • Ability to maintain precise documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology.
  • Confidence in managing medication protocols in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Capability to mentor and guide staff in alignment with the NMC Code.
  • Genuine passion for providing outstanding care and support to residents and their families.

The successful candidate for the Senior Nursing Team Leader position will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £22.25, translating to an annual salary of £45,701.50.
