Senior Nursing Team Leader

As the Senior Nursing Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading a dedicated team of nursing professionals to ensure the highest standard of care is consistently delivered.
- Encouraging independence and dignity while enhancing the quality of life for all residents.
- Facilitating improvements and driving quality standards in alignment with regulatory guidelines.
- Creating a welcoming, safe, and engaging atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors alike.
- Assisting the Home Manager with the daily operational management of the facility.

- Proven experience in team management, ensuring effective supervision and scheduling of staff to maintain operational efficiency.
- Background in quality assurance and clinical governance, including auditing and care service management.
- Expertise in developing comprehensive care plans and conducting thorough risk assessments, with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to maintain precise documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology effectively.
- Confidence in overseeing medication management in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
- Capability to mentor and guide staff in alignment with the NMC Code, adhering to its principles at all times.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting residents and their families.
The successful candidate for the Senior Nursing Team Leader position will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £22.25, translating to an annual salary of £45,701.50. This role is a permanent full-time position, requiring 39.5 hours of work per week during daytime hours.
