We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a dedicated Senior Nursing Team Leader to join a prestigious care facility within the healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality care to residents with diverse medical requirements.

This facility specializes in providing nursing care for individuals with intricate health conditions, alongside 24-hour specialized dementia care delivered by expert teams trained in the nuances of supporting those with dementia and additional long-term health issues.

**To qualify for this role, candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse qualification with an active NMC Pin**

As the Senior Nursing Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of nursing professionals to ensure exceptional care standards are met.
  • Encouraging independence and dignity while enhancing the quality of life for residents.
  • Facilitating improvements and driving quality standards in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Creating a welcoming, safe, and engaging atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Assisting the Home Manager with the daily operational management of the facility.

The following qualifications and experiences are preferred for this position:

  • Proven experience in team management, ensuring effective supervision and staffing arrangements for smooth operations.
  • Background in quality assurance and clinical governance, including audits and care service evaluations.
  • Expertise in developing comprehensive care plans and conducting thorough risk assessments, with a solid understanding of regulatory standards.
  • Ability to maintain precise documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology effectively.
  • Confidence in overseeing medication management during shifts, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Capability to support, instruct, and mentor colleagues in alignment with the NMC Code.
  • Genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and supporting residents and their families.

The successful Senior Nursing Team Leader will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £22.25, translating to an annual salary of £45,701.50. This is a permanent full-time position, requiring 39.5 hours of work per week. In recognition of your dedication, we offer a comprehensive benefits package:
