Position: Lead Airworthiness Assurance Engineer

Location: Flexible working arrangements available. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct independent airworthiness assurance activities related to design certification, ensuring compliance with safety and qualification standards for various programs.
  • Act as the primary airworthiness contact for coordinating flight limitations with design teams, operational units, and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and issue Flight Certification documentation for both military and export aircraft.
  • Support the ongoing enhancement of airworthiness and flight certification processes within the organization.
  • Represent airworthiness interests in project meetings for various aircraft programs, including interactions with external clients.
  • Engage with customers and senior management on airworthiness and delivery issues.
  • Delegate tasks to qualified team members and oversee their professional development and performance reviews.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of aircraft avionics, mechanical systems, and aerodynamic principles.
  • Proven experience in design configuration control and airworthiness processes.
  • Experience in aircraft operations within a large-scale organization is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills to establish integrated aircraft-level flight limitations.

About the Airworthiness Assurance Team: The Airworthiness Assurance team is responsible for overseeing the airworthiness of current and future aircraft, ensuring safe operation and compliance for all global customers.
