Salary: £26,994 plus bonus

We are currently seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to join our Zenith auto division.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Managing incoming calls from customer service and making outbound calls to ensure clear communication of decisions.
  • Promptly addressing new applications and inquiries in accordance with business service level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory guidelines.
  • Reviewing applications within established SLAs, maintaining regular follow-ups, and collaborating with the Sales Team as necessary.
  • Assisting with customer inquiries and modifications to contracts.
  • Providing support to the team with internal queries and assisting in case management during peak periods.
  • Navigating multiple systems, including Internalweb, D365, TransUnion, and OneSPan.
  • Analyzing trends and root causes of both accepted and declined applications, offering recommendations for potential adjustments to Zenith's policies and procedures.

**Required Experience:**

  • Knowledge of underwriting and regulatory practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effective interaction via telephone, email, and in-person.
  • Proficiency in crafting friendly, clear, and professional emails that convey all necessary information.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving abilities to navigate ambiguity and address challenges.
  • Composure and resilience to manage high-volume pressures.
