We are seeking a dedicated Credit Risk Analyst to join our Zen auto division.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage incoming calls from customer services and conduct outbound calls to ensure clear communication of decisions.
- Promptly and professionally handle new applications and inquiries in accordance with business SLAs and regulatory guidelines.
- Review applications within designated SLAs, following up regularly and collaborating with the Sales Team as necessary.
- Address customer inquiries and facilitate contract modifications.
- Assist team members with internal queries and provide support during peak periods.
- Navigate multiple systems, including Internalweb, D365, TransUnion, and OneSPan.
- Analyze trends and root causes of accepted and declined applications, offering recommendations for adjustments to Zenith's policies and procedures.
**Required Experience:**
- Knowledge of underwriting and regulatory practices.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effective interaction via telephone, email, and in-person.
- Proficient in crafting friendly, professional emails that convey all necessary information without jargon.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity and challenges.
- Resilience and composure under pressure, particularly during high-volume periods.
