The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach in managing customer interactions across the organization, ensuring the provision of exceptional service and satisfaction. This role is crucial for facilitating seamless transactions for clients and fostering the growth of the brand as a top-tier provider of fleet vehicle solutions.
The Client Relationship Executive will oversee client engagement across various operations to fulfill and support customer needs.
Role OverviewThis is a hybrid position, primarily remote, but candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the West Midlands for occasional in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrated experience in roles such as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar positions.
- Experience in the automotive industry is beneficial, though comprehensive product training will be provided to suitable candidates.
- Ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Experience in delivering client-centered solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Proven capability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license.
