About the Role

As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive within the Growth Marketing team, you will play a key role in driving profitable customer acquisition for our business. You will be responsible for managing, planning, and scaling paid search campaigns and PMax across Google Search and Bing. You will work closely with the paid search team and local marketplace teams to grow and optimize our paid search campaigns, including developing and executing ad copy and landing page AB tests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, plan, and scale paid search campaigns and PMax across Google Search and Bing
  • Day-to-day account management, including campaign optimization, budget management, and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with the paid search team to grow and optimize our paid search campaigns
  • Work closely with local market trading teams, organic performance, and marketing analytics
  • Heavy involvement with owning paid search activity for Spain
  • Identify and test new and innovative growth opportunities to deliver on our business KPIs
  • Manipulate and analyze data into actionable business insights to improve efficiency of our marketing portfolio
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience optimizing paid search campaigns
  • Strong technical skills in data manipulation using Excel, Tableau, or SQL
  • Fluent English
  • Fluency in Spanish or German is a bonus
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, business, finance, IT, or related discipline is highly regarded but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive and self-driven mindset, able to work independently and contribute as a team player
