Job Title: Performance Marketing Senior Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Senior Executive to join our team at CHARLES & KEITH GROUP. As a key member of our E-Commerce team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue across UK, Europe, and North America.
  • Manage and optimize Paid Social, Paid Search, and Affiliate campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Head of E-Commerce (UK) to develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal spend and adherence to budget targets.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook, Adwords, and Bing platforms, with a strong understanding of Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns.
  • Experience in running and localizing campaigns in different markets, with a focus on North America, UK, and Europe.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
