Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive business management and administrative support to the Director and their team.
  • Develop and maintain a wide range of administrative and support services, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director's office and other stakeholders, internal and external to the organization.
  • Assist the Public Health Business Manager in managing the administrative and clerical function, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Project a positive and professional image for the Director and their department, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries and requests.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Business Administration or equivalent administrative experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Minute-taking experience and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
  • A pragmatic and common-sense approach, with the ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal direction.
