About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Registration Officer to join our team at Care Managers in Bristol. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support and ensure smooth operations in the registration office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative duties, including responding to customer inquiries and assisting visitors in person.
  • Schedule appointments for the registration of vital records and ceremonies.
  • Utilize IT systems, including Microsoft Office and specialized registration software.
  • Process payments for ceremonies over the phone.
  • Prepare and copy certificates for incoming applications.
  • Register marriages at the register office.
  • Maintain neat handwriting and clear communication in English.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and registration software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Fluent in English with neat handwriting.
