Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and seasoned Administrative Registration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver crucial administrative assistance and ensure efficient operations within the registration department. This position involves engaging with the public, coordinating appointments, managing payments, and executing registration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general administrative tasks, including responding to customer inquiries and assisting visitors in person.
- Coordinate appointments for the registration of significant life events.
- Utilize IT systems, including Microsoft Office and specialized registration applications.
- Process payments for services over the phone.
- Prepare and duplicate certificates for incoming requests.
- Register significant life events at the registration office.
- Maintain clear communication and present neat handwriting in English.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and registration software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Fluent in English with neat handwriting.
