About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Teaching Assistant to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our service users with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality support and education to service users with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and complex needs.
  • To work collaboratively with the Hub Manager to deliver educational and learning programs that promote positive outcomes and independence.
  • To maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback to the Hub Manager on service user progress.
  • To ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment, including the organization of resources and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in care and education settings, preferably with individuals with complex needs.
  • Manual handling and medication administration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driving license (some escorting of students may be required).
