Key Responsibilities- Support and promote the development of service users attending our 'Skills Tank' Provision, meeting their social care, learning, and education needs.
- Collaborate with the Hub Manager to deliver educational and learning activities, promoting a quality and professional service.
- Provide concise and accurate feedback and reports to the Hub Manager on learner progress, ensuring assessments, support plans, and behavior plans are focused and clear.
- Offer individual or group support to service users, enabling them to access the curriculum and learning outcomes independently.
- Ensure equipment and resources are used efficiently, reporting maintenance issues to the Hub Manager or Deputy Manager.
- Care experience
- Manual handling
- Medication administration
- Equality and diversity awareness
- Driving license (some escorting of students required)
