About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Teaching Assistant to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality support and education to service users with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.
  • To work closely with the Hub Manager to deliver educational and learning programs, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • To maintain accurate records of service user progress and provide regular feedback to the Hub Manager.
  • To support service users in accessing the curriculum and learning outcomes, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • To ensure the efficient use and maintenance of equipment and resources, reporting any issues to the Hub Manager or Deputy Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience in care or education, with a focus on supporting vulnerable adults.
  • Manual handling and medication administration skills.
  • Equality and diversity awareness, with a commitment to promoting inclusive practices.
  • A valid driving license, with the ability to escort students as required.
