About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Adult Education Project Lead to join our team at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the roll-out of the OMMT programme across the BSoL System project, supporting providers to deliver this training to their staff within the required timeframe.

Main Duties
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the programme, including implementation, delivery, support, facilitation, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Develop a strategy for OMMT rollout within the ICS, working collaboratively with provider organisation Training Leads.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and work directly with Experts by Experience (EBE's) with a Learning Disability, Autism, or both, as well as clinical experts in these fields.
  • Design, implement, deliver, and monitor the OMMT process, which will impact every member of staff within the ICS footprint.

We deliver over 100 clinical services, out in people's homes and in over 200 healthcare settings for adults, children, people with learning disabilities, those with rehabilitation needs, and also dental services.

Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in adult education and training, with experience in managing large-scale projects and working with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.
