About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Teaching Assistant to join our team at Care First - Manor Farm. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and promote the development of service users attending our 'Skills Tank' Provision, meeting their social care, learning, and education needs.
  • Collaborate with the Hub Manager to deliver educational and learning activities, promoting a quality and professional service.
  • Provide concise and accurate feedback and reports to the Hub Manager on learner progress, ensuring assessments, support plans, and behavior plans are focused and clear.
  • Offer relevant and appropriate support to service users, enabling them to access the curriculum and learning outcomes independently.
  • Ensure equipment and resources are used efficiently, reporting maintenance issues to the Hub Manager or Deputy Manager.
