Job Summary:

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the credit control process, providing weekly updates on aged debts, and handling sales ledger tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations: Oversee the credit control process, with a focus on regularly reviewing debtor accounts and pursuing overdue payments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly updates on aged debts to the financial controller, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Handle sales ledger tasks, including the preparation and issuance of sales invoices and credit notes, as well as managing purchase ledger activities.
  • Cash Management: Perform daily cash book entries and reconciliations, ensuring all bank transactions are accurately posted and reconciled.
  • Administrative Support: Carry out general administrative tasks, such as scanning, filing, and assisting with incoming department calls.
