As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking and processing client fact finds and authority letters
- Preparing and reviewing client packs and review documents
- Providing administrative support to the financial planning team
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
