About the Role

Chase is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Midlands region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling a range of clinical bed, stretcher, pressure care surfaces, and service offerings within the hospital and residential care settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement an effective territory sales strategy to maintain existing business and develop new sales opportunities within clinical areas for hospital partners.
  • Account Management: Be accountable for your business, think innovatively, and find solutions to meet the needs and challenges of our customers.
  • Closing and Winning New Business: Be relentless in your approach to closing and winning new business, demonstrating a strong ability to manage and close complex capital opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Mapping and Management: Excel at building strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS or private medical sector, including Manual Handling, Tissue Viability, Medical Engineers, Finance, Procurement, and other clinical specialists.
  • Product Demonstrations and Training: Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff.
Candidate Profile
  • Medical Capital Sales Experience: Proven experience in medical capital sales, with a strong track record of identifying and winning new business.
  • Complex Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to map and manage complex and multiple stakeholders to influence decision-making.
  • Results-Focused: High accountability, results-focused, and able to analyze and develop a territory P+L.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Energetic approach, passion for finding innovative solutions for customers, and ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to create and execute innovative sales strategies.
