Henderson Brown Professional Services is excited to collaborate with a prestigious global organization in search of a Corporate Communications Coordinator. This role is pivotal in fostering effective internal communication and enhancing employee engagement throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Refine Communication Strategies: Assess and enhance current internal communication frameworks to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Engage with Leadership: Partner with senior management to craft internal communication strategies that motivate employees in achieving the company’s vision.
• Execute Communication Initiatives: Design, implement, and evaluate significant internal communication projects, including employee feedback surveys, training programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, organizational changes, and seasonal initiatives.
• Oversee Communication Platforms: Manage internal communication channels such as newsletters, digital displays, emails, and posters to guarantee that content remains relevant and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Content Development Coordination: Collaborate with external agencies and creative teams to generate compelling content while adhering to budget constraints.
• Consult on Communication Best Practices: Provide guidance to various departments to ensure messaging is accurate and consistent.
• Organize Internal Events: Plan and execute events such as annual gatherings, recognition ceremonies, and team-building days.
• Ensure Messaging Consistency: Maintain uniformity in communication across the organization.
• Benchmark and Enhance: Evaluate internal communication practices against industry standards and propose enhancements.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in internal communications and employee engagement, showcasing a track record of successful communication strategies and initiatives. They should be an eloquent communicator and innovative storyteller, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in measuring communication effectiveness and familiarity with best practices in internal communications is essential, along with experience collaborating directly with leadership. The candidate must demonstrate strategic thinking, effective content planning, and the ability to create diverse content for various platforms. Confidence in advising on communication best practices and the capability to independently manage projects are also crucial attributes for this position.
