Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Financial Advisors and contributing to the delivery of exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Portfolio Analysis
Analyze client portfolios to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimized financial planning.
Document PreparationPrepare and send suitability reports and letters of authority to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
Policy InputInput policy details into our system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Advisor SupportLiaise with and support Financial Advisors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
ReportingPrepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
ComplianceEnsure that all files worked on are compliant with industry regulations, including FCA rules.
Administrative TasksComplete complex administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in administration or financial services
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and methodically in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
