Contract Type: Temporary
Hours: 35 hours per week with flexible start and end times
Overview: Are you passionate about fostering positive change within the community and supporting individuals facing financial hardships? As a Community Engagement and Inclusion Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving initiatives that promote inclusivity and community development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement community programs aimed at enhancing inclusion and support for underprivileged groups.
2. Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for community engagement.
3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
4. Facilitate workshops and events that encourage community participation and awareness.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of community development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in project management is an advantage.
