About the Role
As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and unique. You will be empowered to take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services, from processing operational needs to addressing guest requests and completing reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide services that meet and exceed guest expectations, ensuring ongoing repeat business and loyalty
- Warmly greet all guests with a smile and by name, anticipating their needs and delivering brilliant service
- Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, and Mobile Chat
- Work collaboratively with all other departments to ensure guests receive seamless service throughout their stay
