We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Payroll and Benefits to oversee the payroll, benefits, and compensation planning functions for Croud. This role involves reviewing current providers, establishing a streamlined structure with a single provider, and ensuring the efficient, compliant, and strategic management of payroll and benefits operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement a comprehensive global payroll and benefits strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Provider Review and Selection: Evaluate current payroll and benefits providers to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. Conduct a thorough RFP process to select a single provider that meets the company's global needs.
  • Project Management: Lead global projects aimed at improving payroll and benefits systems, processes, and policies. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with Croud's company goals.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of global payroll and benefits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Implement standardized processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable local, regional, and international payroll and benefits regulations. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure audit readiness.
  • Compensation Planning: Develop and manage global compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll and benefits management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of global payroll and benefits regulations and best practices.
  • Proven experience in selecting and managing third-party providers.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in compensation planning and market analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Certification in payroll or compensation (e.g., CPP, CCP) is a plus.
