About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention.
  • Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, meet and exceed targets, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain a high level of store standards.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a world-class shopping experience, responding to customer concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and implement effective stock control measures to minimize losses.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a premium brand.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer concerns and resolve issues.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
