Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our Integrated Community Team. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide administrative support to our Consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, nursing, and allied professional colleagues.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data protection and service user / staff confidentiality, as well as experience in implementing and maintaining systems and processes within an administration team.
You will be responsible for extracting data and report preparation, as well as participating in service and quality improvement initiatives. A flexible approach to working and the ability to use own initiative within the role are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Integrated Community Team, including diary management, filing systems, and collating and presenting information.
- Implement and maintain systems and processes within the administration team, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Extract data and prepare reports, using digital audio typing and Microsoft Office applications.
- Participate in service and quality improvement initiatives, using a sound understanding of quality improvement principles.
- Transcribe data from a variety of sources, including digital dictation software, with accuracy and efficiency.
- BTEC Diploma/Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
- Key skills/functional skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 or O Level (Grade C and above) / New GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4 to 9).
- Significant experience of working in an administrative environment, including digital audio typing, Microsoft Office applications, diary management, filing systems, collating and presenting information.
