Job Summary
The Child Health Information Services (CHIS) Team is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join their team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the CHIS service, ensuring that data held on the system is accurate and up-to-date.
Main Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of children's health information
- Providing administrative support to the CHIS Coordinators and other team members
- Assisting with the development and implementation of new systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the CHIS service
- Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and data sharing

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have:
- A sound general secondary education
- NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
