About the Role

As a CFO Hub Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting participants in the community, at pop-up Satellite Hubs, and at our Activity Hub. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a caseload of participants, providing high-quality support and guidance to facilitate their engagement in activities that help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement and achieve milestones leading to sustainable employment, education, or training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants, providing individualized support and guidance to facilitate their engagement in activities.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders, including employers, local authorities, health services, and voluntary sector organizations, to provide exceptional participant support and progression routes.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services to ensure comprehensive participant support.
  • Monitor and report on participant progress, ensuring that targets and key performance indicators are met.
  • Provide community-based support, working independently to manage a caseload and provide support to participants in the community.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to overcome barriers and progress towards future goals in education, training, and employment.
  • Experience in working with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support or progression routes.
  • Ability to build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services.
  • Proven experience of successfully working to targets and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management, with the ability to manage a caseload independently.
