Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and line managers on HR-related matters.
  • Contribute to HR projects, such as security screening and vetting, and other initiatives as required.
  • Handle maternity, paternity, adoption, and parental leave processes and queries.
  • Support the administration of investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of human resource policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent presentational skills for all correspondence, letters, presentations, and data.
  • Computer literacy with demonstrable ability in Microsoft packages and databases, including Excel.
  • Assertive, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work to tight timescales.
  • Builds appropriate professional, friendly, and accessible relationships with employees and line managers.
