We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a CFO Hub Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and guidance to participants in our CFO programme.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of participants in the community, at pop-up Satellite Hubs, and at our Activity Hub.
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to participants, facilitating their engagement in activities that help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement and achieve milestones leading to sustainable employment, education, or training.
- Work closely with external stakeholders to provide comprehensive participant support, including employers, local authorities, health services, and voluntary sector organisations.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services to ensure comprehensive participant support.
- Monitor and report on participant progress effectively, working to targets and key performance indicators.
- Demonstrable experience in motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to overcome barriers and progress towards future goals in education, training, and employment.
- Experience in working with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support or progression routes.
- Ability to build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services.
- Proven experience of successfully working to targets and key performance indicators.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management, with the ability to manage a caseload independently and provide community-based support.
- 25 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), with incremental increases post 3 years' service up to 28 days, and the option to purchase additional holiday.
- 2 days paid volunteering leave each year.
