We are implementing the HMPPS Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) programme across the East of England and Southeast of England.

Position Overview

We are seeking candidates for the role of CFO Hub Manager. In this capacity, you will oversee the daily operations and performance of your team, which includes Support Workers and Supply Chain Partners. Your leadership will foster staff development and promote a culture of ongoing improvement. You will manage the referral process, cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, and guide your team to achieve optimal performance while meeting contractual and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team effectively.
  • Utilize and interpret data to inform decision-making processes.
  • Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrate effective performance management skills, including target setting, performance monitoring, and team guidance.
  • Successfully pass an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
