As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounting, preparing financial statements, and overseeing budget preparation and financial planning processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the company's financial accounting, including preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee budget preparation and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships.
  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
  • Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
  • Manage and mentor the finance team to drive high performance.

**Requirements:**

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
