We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Advisor to join our Consumer and Shopper Engagement Team. Our team handles over three million queries every year, and we respond to consumers in over 22 different countries. You will be working with the latest CRM tools to assess and solve brick-based problems quickly and confidently.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of the LEGO brand, representing our unique tone of voice and building strong relationships with our customers. You will be required to work a variety of shifts and weekends to ensure we offer best-in-class service.
Main Responsibilities- Respond to customers in French and English (both spoken and written).
- Connect with our customers in a fun and engaging way to help build stronger and longer-lasting relationships with them.
- Assess and solve brick-based problems quickly and confidently using the latest CRM tools.
- Cover a variety of shifts and weekends to ensure we offer best-in-class service.
- Represent the LEGO brand through our unique tone of voice.
- Prioritise and multitask to meet our customers' expectations.
