About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Metro Bank. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fantastic service and support to our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Represent the Metro Bank brand and its culture, embodying our values and principles in all interactions.
  • Advise customers on various queries, including balance enquiries, payments, internet banking, card management, and mobile app usage.
  • Update all systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in recording conversations.
  • Follow correct processes to ensure customer safety and security.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, even under pressure.
  • Profound understanding of the risks associated with the role and their implications for both yourself and Metro Bank's customers.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to deliver outstanding customer experiences within a fast-paced environment.

Working Arrangements & Training:

This is a part-time role, requiring flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 9am-2pm, 9:30am-2:30pm, or 10am-3pm, as well as flexibility over weekends.

We will provide comprehensive training, including live team sessions, self-study, and on-the-job training, to ensure your success in this role.
