Community Engagement Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Saha. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and delivering activities to clients who are living in our service.
The successful candidate will work closely with our teams and the local community and voluntary sectors to:
- Deliver a weekly program of participation activities/sessions, collaborating with colleagues, external agencies, young people, and in-house teams.
- Ensure that the sessions delivered are educational, practical, and provide opportunities for skill development and knowledge acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge or experience of working with clients who have experienced homelessness or in a similar social care setting. They will also have a good understanding of the wider community and voluntary sectors.
About You
You will be a confident and capable communicator, able to build trusting, professional relationships and have a high level of resilience. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality services and have a positive, can-do attitude.
