We are currently seeking a Support Coordinator to join our team in Morecambe, supporting adults with learning disabilities. As a Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a person-centred way, respecting the individuals you support
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centred support plans
  • Monitor and report on the progress of service users

Requirements:

  • Honest and trustworthy approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of learning disability support principles and practices
