About the Role

Vantage Motor Group is seeking a skilled Parts Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our dealership, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating the Parts sales to meet customer requirements and maximize sales volumes and margins.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers, communicating effectively via telephone and face-to-face to understand their needs and provide guidance on products that meet their requirements.
  • Order parts on behalf of the Service team and maintain agreed stock and accessory levels, ensuring seamless customer service.
  • Complete all relevant administration, including customer records and invoicing, to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Work closely with the Service team to ensure efficient parts ordering and stock management.

Requirements

  • Previous motor industry experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A full clean UK driving license, with a valid passport for travel.
