About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team at Vantage Motor Group. In this role, you will play a key part in planning and coordinating the dealership's Parts sales to meet customer requirements and maximize sales volumes and margins.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers, communicating effectively via telephone and face-to-face to understand their needs and provide guidance on the products that best meet their requirements.
- Order parts on behalf of the Service team and maintain agreed stock and accessory levels, ensuring seamless customer service.
- Complete all relevant administration, including customer records and invoicing, to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
- Work closely with the Service team to ensure effective communication and coordination of parts sales.
Requirements
- Previous motor industry experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Full clean UK driving license, with a valid passport.
