About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Vantage Motor Group. In this customer-facing role, you will play a crucial part in planning and coordinating the dealership's Parts sales to meet customer requirements and maximize sales volumes and margins.
You will build strong relationships with customers, communicating effectively via telephone and face-to-face to understand their needs and provide guidance on the products that best meet their requirements.
Key responsibilities include ordering parts on behalf of the Service team, maintaining agreed stock and accessory levels, and completing relevant administration tasks such as customer records and invoicing.
To succeed in this role, you must have previous motor industry experience and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
Key qualities include:
- Being of smart appearance, confident, and professional
- Having the ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers
- Having gained experience in stock ordering and stock intake in a similar customer-facing role
- Hold a full clean UK Driving Licence
