About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor communication, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, maintain, and proofread a variety of financially related reports.
  • Review documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations.
  • Apply and explain relevant policies and procedures.
  • Organize, prioritize, and delegate work assignments effectively.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Identify problems, analyze alternative solutions, and make appropriate recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is essential. Excellent multitasking abilities are required.

• Strong communication skills – both written and oral – are crucial for interacting with colleagues and vendors.

• A professional demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization are essential.

• A customer-focused approach is vital for providing excellent service to internal and external clients.

• Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.

• Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail are required for accurate financial processing.

• Familiarity with Excel is beneficial.
