The position of an Accounts Payable Improvement Manager in our organisation requires a dedicated professional with a keen focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our accounting and finance department within the Not-For-Profit industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Streamline and improve accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  2. Train and support team members in new procedures to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  3. Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  4. Prepare and present reports on account status to stakeholders.
  5. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Collaborate with the accounting team to implement financial strategies and improve financial performance.
  7. Manage vendor relations and build effective partnerships to drive business growth.
  8. Support the financial auditing process to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Requirements

A successful Accounts Payable Improvement Manager should possess:
