Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Signet Recruitment and Retention. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving commercial objectives in your assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with area and product sales forecasts and budgets.
- Manage and motivate franchised dealer staff at all levels to consistently provide excellent customer service and achieve overall divisional objectives.
- Ensure retailers have adequate product and sales training/coaching to support their sales objectives.
- Forecast accurately monthly sales and introduce countermeasures where required to achieve sales targets.
- Liaise, plan, and assist with local promotions, shows, and PR to best advantage for the product groups in the area and nationally.
- Relevant experience in a similar role with a strong track record of sales achievement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience of selling and achieving commercial targets with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Analytical skills to collate and present relevant data to inform sales strategies.
- Understanding of the dealer business or distributor sector with knowledge of competitor activity.
