The Client Services Advisor will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a standard working day from 9am to 5:30pm.
What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT and telecommunications services across major UK providers and be proficient in Microsoft applications. Experience in a client-facing role, where strong communication skills have been demonstrated, is preferred. A positive, professional attitude, eagerness to learn, and a friendly, approachable demeanor are essential.
