Your Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments to ensure that our Service Level Agreements are met
  • Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
  • Discuss complex repairs and demanding customers with our supervisory teams and regional buyers
  • Instil customer confidence by resolving service failures and complex issues

About You

We are looking for a candidate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong administration, organisational, and communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector or a trade-based background is essential, along with good problem-solving skills.
