We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at the GNA Group. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and serving as a point of contact for residents within our Social Housing project in Essex.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a busy environment, focusing on delivering successful outcomes within challenging deadlines.
  • Maintain effective relationships with local authorities, registered housing providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize proactive problem-solving skills to address resident complaints and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Reactive Maintenance Services, ensuring seamless communication with residents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance the overall resident experience.
  • Operate a company vehicle, ensuring safe and efficient transport of staff and equipment.
Job Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • First-class driving skills, with a valid driving license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Benefits:
