About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Vitality. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining the Distribution Salesforce platform, ensuring user profiles and roles are correctly assigned to visibility sharing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Management: Manage all user licence allocation across the Distribution Salesforce platform, and associated security, profiles, permission sets, and roles.
  • Custom Development: Design and build new custom objects, fields, page views, and other core system features where required.
  • User Support: Provide training as an expert in the system to L&D personnel, and to end users when required.
  • Project Coordination: Co-ordinate and assist project deliverables with Distribution Salesforce team members.
  • Change Management: Track change requests through the chosen platform and process.
  • Platform Adoption: Monitor usage and adoption of the Salesforce platform across Distribution.
  • Operational Support: Provide continued operational support through the central support processes.
  • User Engagement: Promote the use of Salesforce across Vitality, being a key contact for the users being supported.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with key stakeholders to enable ideation discussions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep up to date with industry knowledge, bringing new technology developments to Vitality.
Essential Skills
  • Education: Educated to degree level in any subject, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience working with Salesforce products in any capacity.
  • Self-Motivation: A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work flexibly within tight deadlines with demanding stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail when creating and testing developments for implementation.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in written form.
