About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team at Vitality. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions that meet the needs of our business.
  • Technical Standards: You will adhere to and apply Vitality's defined technical process standards to ensure the effective management of risks and the protection of our data.
  • Integration and Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our Salesforce platform with other systems and platforms.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and propose and specify solutions.
  • Skills Development: You will take responsibility for developing your personal skills and expertise aligned to the role and assist more junior Software Engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications.
  • Experience: Experience with Agile Software delivery (SCRUM) and consulting with end users to understand their requirements and proposing best practice Salesforce solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Apex, Aura, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, as well as experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD.
